We also undertake management of properties for landlords and our clients, we are seeking new managements, all carried out under careful supervision by our surveyors in the Home Counties.

Brothers Lance and Melvyn Mordant commenced school life in Arnold House prep school in St Johns Wood, London NW8 followed by Highgate School, London N6. Since Graduating, Lance Mordant worked for several major Estate Agency firms based in Mayfair and St James, before setting up the family business, of W Mordant & sons, alongside brother Melvyn Mordant.

The company was founded over 40 years ago, originally in Kings Road, Chelsea, London SW3, and was later expanded to the Head Office in West Halkin Street, Belgravia, SW1. At a later date, W Mordant & Sons expanded and opened other London offices in Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Chiswick.

Our speciality lies mainly in the sales and lettings of properties in Belgravia, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. It has been known that we search and find the impossible for clients.

Since June 2014, we have also been acting for clients in the acquisition of country homes in the Berkshire areas of Ascot and Windsor, dealing with our ever increasing enquiries.

In recent months, we have been heavily concentrating on advising and acquiring apartments for clients in central London for rental and investment purposes. One must say that during the last few years, our letting enquiries have steadily risen in demand.
